Clients come to a CPA to fix the program they thought would work out of the box, and it takes hours, days, sometimes weeks. With Libra Financial a CPA sets up your books and keeps them, software included, from $199 a month. Moving from QuickBooks is quick and easy, and it is our job. We do it for you, so you do not have to.
Books behind? Setup and catch-up is $450 on Full-Service, and covers up to 3 months.
Full-Service is for businesses with up to $15,000 in average monthly expenses. One-time setup and catch-up is $450. More than 3 months behind, we quote the catch-up by the month before we start.

You set it up yourself, or nobody did. Then:
None of that is the software's fault. Nobody was minding it.

A short form or a 15-minute call. We'll ask what you use today and how far behind you are.
Accounts, customers, vendors, opening balances, and your bank activity from the statements you send. Done by a CPA, not by you on a Saturday. You log in to books that are already right.

Bank rules and suggestions handle the routine lines. Your CPA sends you the few questions that need you, like what a check was for.

Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, whenever you look. On Full-Service, your CPA closes every month and sends them to you.
Full-Service, $199 a month. A CPA does your books. You answer a few questions and read the reports. Software included. $450 one-time setup and catch-up, which covers up to 3 months behind. For businesses with up to $15,000 in average monthly expenses. 3-month minimum.
Full-Service Plus, $299 a month. Same, for businesses spending $15,000 to $50,000 a month.
Most cleanup jobs cost more than our setup, and when they're done you still have to keep the books. Here, setup is where it starts, and your CPA stays on them.
Want to keep doing some of it yourself? Self-Service is $25 a month and Assisted is $49. Moving you over is free for the first 20 clients on Self-Service and Assisted, and it is included on Full-Service and Full-Service Plus.
50% off your first 3 months, on every plan. After that, the same price every month.
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, by any date range, printed on your letterhead. When your lender asks for a year-to-date balance sheet, it's one click, not a month of catch-up. Books kept with a CPA, current when you need them.

I built Libra Financial because of how many times a client came to me to fix QuickBooks or another bookkeeping program. They bought it expecting it to work out of the box. Nobody set it up and nobody kept it up, and by the time it reached my desk it took hours, days, sometimes weeks to untangle, usually right before taxes.
So that is what Libra Financial is. Not bookkeeping software you set up yourself, and not a bookkeeping service. It is an online CPA service. I set up your books before you log in and I stay on them. I handle every client's books myself. You can see everything, any time. Questions? Email support@libra-financial.com or book a 15-minute call. I answer within 24 to 48 hours.
No. The software is included. Once your books are set up here, you can cancel the old subscription.
Yes. Moving from QuickBooks is quick and easy, and it is our job. We do it for you, so you do not have to. What comes over is your starting balances, so your books here begin from the right numbers. We do not copy the old file's history across. Moving you over is free for the first 20 clients on Self-Service and Assisted, and it is included on Full-Service and Full-Service Plus.
We don't repair the old file. We set up your books here, right, and keep them from there. Nothing wrong from the old file gets carried over by mistake. What comes over is your starting balances, so your books here begin from the right numbers. We do not copy the old file's history across.
We look at how far back it goes and quote the catch-up by the month before we start. No surprises after.
Yes. Each company is set up here as its own company, with one login for all of them and the same CPA on each. Each additional business is its own plan at 25% off that plan's price. If you want one combined set of numbers, your CPA can consolidate them into one balance sheet and profit and loss for the group, with the money moving between your businesses taken out. The consolidated figures are as of your CPA's last run at month end. Ask us how it works for your businesses.
Yes. Business returns are prepared and filed by your CPA from the books we keep, so there is nothing to re-explain at tax time. Priced separately from the monthly plan.
Takes under a minute. We'll reach out within 24 to 48 hours.
